The specification is the same wherever it goes. Same studio, same constructions, same testing standards, whether the floor is in London or in Woollahra.
For architects, designers and specifiers
Trade accounts operate the same way from overseas as they do here. Trade pricing, sample requests and specification support, with one consultant on the account rather than a general enquiry line.
Specification advice matters more at distance, not less, because there is no showroom visit to correct a decision later.
Commissioning from overseas
The process is the one every commission follows. Consultation, proposal with samples, production, delivery. Consultations run by appointment across timezones, and samples are posted before anything is committed.
Ready made pieces
Anything in the collections can be sent internationally. Select the piece and one consultant handles it from order to arrival.
Delivery
Work ships from the production facility nearest to it. Freight, duties and timing are estimated for your address before you commit, so the number you approve is the number you pay.
Where the rug goes has never changed how it is made.
