The Evolve Awards is an industry design competition presented by Designer Rugs, offering the A&D community a unique chance to create a custom rug featured in the exclusive Evolve Collection. Since its inception in 2010, the Awards have run in 2010, 2012, 2015, 2019, and 2025, evolving into a highly respected event within the design community. The 2025 edition invites the architecture and design industry to explore the Power of Colour—challenging participants to push boundaries and redefine what’s possible with rugs. There are two categories: Under 30, celebrating bold new voices, and Over 30, showcasing established talent and sophisticated skill. With a legacy of championing creativity and innovation, Evolve continues to showcase remarkable talent. Every edition broadens the possibilities of custom rug design, inspiring visionary concepts and helping transform them into incredible floor art.
