We're thrilled to announce that thanks to your incredible support during our recent sale, Designer Rugs was able to make a significant contribution to OzHarvest, Australia's leading food rescue organisation!
This incredible contribution translates to a massive 8,000 meals delivered to people in need. It also means 4,000 kg of food was rescued from landfill, preventing 4,000 kg of greenhouse gas emissions from entering the environment.
Food insecurity is a growing issue in Australia, and OzHarvest plays a vital role in ensuring everyone has access to nutritious food. Every day, they deliver over half a million meals – but the need is constantly increasing.
