THE OPPORTUNITY :

ABOUT THE ROLE :

As Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our Brisbane showroom, encompassing retail sales, showroom presentation, and business development within the architectural and design sector. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, design sensibility, and relationship-building skills. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

• Drive retail and trade sales performance by providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge. 
  
• Developing new business opportunities through personalised customer interactions and lead generation.
   
• Managing customer inquiries effectively, quotes, and orders to ensure a seamless customer experience. 
  
• Process and monitor invoices, following up on payments to maintain smooth transactions.  
  
• Continuously stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, product details, and relevant economic factors. 
  
• Report on sales and engagement performance, analysing data to drive positive outcomes. 
  
• Maintain a visually appealing and organised showroom, ensuring displays are current and reflective of the brand. 

WHO YOU ARE :

• A creative sales individual with a strong understanding and a passion for interior design. 
  
• Proven track record of success in sales and relationship management within the A&D community. 
  
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of various design styles and their associated colour and texture palettes.
  
• A skilled communicator, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail. 
  
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. 
  
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities  
  
• Highly organised and detail-oriented with a drive for exceeding expectations.
   
• A team player with a positive attitude, initiative, and a strong work ethic.
