Inspired by nature and the designer’s travels around Australia and the globe, the duo incorporated elements of nature and the way in which they enhance one's life daily.
The stunning design of SCRATCHES INDIGO by St James Whitting had humble beginnings. Walking on the foreshore of Canada Bay on a sunlit morning, the designers were inspired by the beauty of age and wear of a row of boats standing upright on the foreshore, and the scratched patterns made by nature without the trace of a human hand.
