The Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and relationship-oriented A&D Business Development Manager to join our team. This role combines exceptional customer service with strategic business development to cultivate a loyal architect and design (A&D) client base and driving sales and brand awareness.

You’ll be:

Managing existing client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and fostering long-term partnerships.
Developing new business opportunities through personalised customer interactions and lead generation.
Managing customer inquiries effectively, quotes, and orders to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Process and monitor invoices, following up on payments to maintain smooth transactions.
Continuously stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, product details, and relevant economic factors.
Reporting on sales and engagement performance, analysing data to drive positive outcomes.

Who You Are:

A creative sales individual with a strong understanding and a passion for interior design.
Proven track record of success in sales and relationship management within the A&D community.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of various design styles and their associated color and texture palettes.
A skilled communicator, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
Highly organised and detail-oriented with a drive for exceeding expectations.
A team player with a positive attitude, initiative, and a strong work ethic.
