We do not offer exchanges or refunds.

Shipping

Free shipping to all orders within Australia.  

Please ensure that your contact details are correct at the time of ordering as we cannot redirect orders once they are dispatched.
The rug will be delivered to your front door or apartment block. If no one is available to sign for it, the delivery company will leave a card with instructions for arranging a re-delivery.
Please note that re-deliveries may incur additional charges.
